Why it's different

Built past the feature checklist.

8 capabilities that come from running real marketplaces — each one configurable from the admin.

  1. 01

    Five services, one platform

Food, grocery, pharmacy, shops and parcels run as modules of one system — one customer account and wallet, each module with its own stores, categories and screens.

    • Restaurant menus with sections, sizes and add-ons
    • Grocery aisles, flash deals and sold-by-weight items
    • Parcel pickups for sending anything across town
    • Turn modules on or off per market
  2. 02

A point of sale in the store panel

Stores sell at the counter from the same web panel they use for delivery orders, with stock shared between both.

    • Keeps selling offline and syncs when back online
    • Barcodes, weighing scales and a kitchen screen
    • Open tabs, refunds, shifts and staff PINs
    • Phone orders and pickup at the counter
  3. 03

Snap to Shop and Snap to List

Customers photograph a product and the app finds it in nearby stores; stores photograph a product and AI drafts the listing.

    • Works with Gemini or OpenAI, using your own key
    • Match score shown only for real visual matches
    • Drafts title, description, tags and price for review
    • Switched off cleanly when no AI key is set
  4. 04

    Screen Builder

Edit the customer app's home and module screens from the admin, with a live phone preview — no app release needed.

    • Sections, banners and product rails
    • Schedules and audience targeting
    • Seasonal skins for White Friday, Ramadan, Diwali and more
    • Preview on your own phone with a QR code
  5. 05

    Many markets, one platform

Each market has its own currency, languages, time zone, tax and fees. Start one from 241 country presets.

    • Delivery zones drawn on the map
    • Flat or distance delivery fees, free delivery and surge
    • Exchange rates for wallets and reporting
    • Seven languages with right-to-left layouts
  6. 06

    Pharmacy and health

A real health module, not a pharmacy flag: prescriptions checked by a pharmacist, quotes, lab tests and doctor consultations.

    • Prescription upload and pharmacist review
    • Quotes the customer accepts and pays for
    • Lab tests with home visit slots
    • Doctor consultations
  7. 07

    Money handled properly

Commission per store, category or module, a ledger for every store, payouts with holds, and finance reports.

    • Sales, tax, settlement and payments reports
    • Rider cash-on-delivery limits and cash ledger
    • Customer wallet, refunds and referrals
    • Disputes handled from the admin
  8. 08

    Riders and dispatch

A rider app with nearby requests, batched deliveries and proof of delivery, and a live dispatch map in the admin.

    • Rider applications with documents and approval
    • Step-by-step delivery with directions, call and chat
    • Manual assignment from the dispatch map
    • Live tracking for customers and an iOS Live Activity

How it works

One order, end to end.

  1. 01

    Set the address

Customers see only the stores that deliver to their zone, in their market's currency and language.

  2. 02

    Fill the basket

Order from a restaurant, grocery, pharmacy or shop — or snap a photo to find a product nearby.

  3. 03

    Pay their way

Card through eleven gateways, wallet or cash on delivery, with tax and fees worked out by the server.

  4. 04

    Track it live

The store accepts and prepares, a rider picks it up, and the customer follows it on the map to the door.

RapidMart questions

Can I buy RapidMart now?

Version 1.0.0 is out and the full demo is live. Licenses go on sale soon: use Notify me on this page and we'll email you the day they do. No newsletter.

What's in the live demo?

The website, the admin panel, the store panel with its POS, and all three apps (Android APKs and iPhone TestFlight). It resets every night, and settings, uploads and deleting are turned off.

Which services are included?

Food, grocery, pharmacy (with prescriptions, lab tests and doctor consultations), shops and parcels. Each is a module you can switch on per market.

Does the AI need an API key?

Snap to Shop and Snap to List use Google Gemini or OpenAI with your own key. Without a key they're simply switched off; everything else works.

Which payment gateways are supported?

Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Flutterwave, MyFatoorah, bKash, Mercado Pago, PayTabs, Tabby, Paymob and Midtrans, plus the built-in wallet and cash on delivery.

Can it run in more than one country?

Yes. Each market has its own currency, languages, time zone, tax and fees, and you can start one from 241 country presets.
